All materials are tracked electronically from incoming inspections through final part verification. Quality Control Managers use techniques that identify, reduce and control material and production variations to achieve optimum product uniformity and reliability. Zone Manufacturing uses the Production Part Approval Process before any new product is launched and utilizes SPC data on all current production parts. "Zero-Defects" is our goal.
